The concrete vibrator now is perhaps the most essential product required for making a strong structure. The primary use of this product is to remove air bubbles and set the concrete so as to maximize the strength of the structure, this is achieved by submerging the vibrator needle in the concrete slurry a result the concrete slurry surrounding the needle vibrates removing the air bubbles and setting the concrete.

TYPE - Vibrating needle
Needle (poker) type B - Two standard sizes of 40mm and 60mm diameter are manufactured. They are interchangeable and can be fitted to the same flexible shaft 25mm Dia. Needles are also manufactured.
TYPE - Flexible shaft
Two standard length of 4 meters and 6 meter are available. It has an outer hose of reinforced rubber and a steel inner core of high strength.
TYPE - Prime movers
Needle (poker) type B - villers C12 HS 1.67 HP 4 stroke petrol / kerosene, only petrol 2 HP engine or electric motor 2/3 HP I phase/ III phase
